▸How fast can I get badges?
Standard delivery is 4–5 weeks from proof approval. Economy delivery, 8–10 weeks, is available on every order and costs less. If your event is sooner, contact us and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.
▸What is the minimum order?
50 units per item. Prices drop at 100, 250, 500, 1,000 and 2,500.
▸Is shipping really included?
Yes. We ship from Cornwall, Ontario with tracked courier service anywhere in Canada at no extra cost. There are no handling or delivery fees added later, so you never get a bill at the door.
▸Can you print names on the badges?
Yes. Add the names option and upload a spreadsheet with name, title and company. Order a few extra blanks for walk-ins.
▸What artwork do you need?
Vector PDF, AI or EPS is best. High-resolution PNG or JPG at 300 dpi works too. See the artwork page for sizes and bleed.
▸Do you charge sales tax?
Sales taxes (GST, HST or QST) are added at invoicing based on your province.
