We accept files from the tools designers already use. Keep 3 mm of bleed and important text 4 mm inside the trim. Full specs on the artwork page.

Badge questions
▸What sizes do the badges come in?
Two sizes: 3×4 in (75 × 104 mm) and 4×6 in (100 × 150 mm). The larger size leaves more room for a big name, a QR code or an agenda on the back.
▸How thick and durable are the badges?
They are rigid 30 mil (0.76 mm) PVC plastic, the same thickness as a credit card. They will not bend or tear, and there is no paper insert or plastic holder to deal with.
▸Can badges be printed on both sides?
Yes. Choose single or double sided in the configurator and the price updates instantly. Both sides print in full colour, edge to edge.
▸Can you print QR codes on the badges?
Yes. A QR code can be part of your design, alongside your logo and each attendee's pre-printed name, title and company. If you need a different code on every badge, tell us in the quote notes and we will confirm it with your proof.
▸Can staff, VIPs and exhibitors have different designs?
Yes. Add each design to your quote as its own item, or tell us in the notes how many of each you need. The minimum is 50 units per item.
▸Do the badges come ready for a lanyard?
Yes. Every badge is slot punched, centred 6 mm from the top edge, so it fits any lanyard hook or clip. Order badges and lanyards together as a kit and save 8% on the combined price.
▸Can I see my badge before I order?
You always get a digital proof within one business day, with unlimited revisions, before anything prints. For $50 we can also produce your actual badge and send photos and a short video before the full run. The $50 is credited back on your order.
▸I only have a logo. Can you design the badge?
Yes. Send us your logo and we lay out the badge for you at no charge. You approve the proof before anything prints.
