Artwork requirements
We accept files from the tools designers already use. Keep 3 mm of bleed and important text 4 mm inside the trim. Full specs on the artwork page.
Exhibitor, staff and visitor badges
Add each badge design to your quote as its own item, for example one for exhibitors, one for staff and one for visitors. The minimum is 50 units per item.
Made for a multi-day show floor
Badges are rigid 30 mil (0.76 mm) PVC plastic, the same thickness as a credit card, printed in full colour edge to edge. They will not bend or tear, and there is no paper insert or plastic holder to deal with.
Names, companies and QR codes
Pre-print each person's name, title and company from your spreadsheet. A QR code can be part of your design, alongside your logo and each person's pre-printed name, title and company. If you need a different code on every badge, tell us in the quote notes and we will confirm it with your proof.
Everything else for the show
Doorkit also rents pipe-and-drape for booth backwalls, aisle dividers and registration backdrops, and LED video walls for booths and stages. Both are quoted within one business day. Add matching lanyards as a kit and get 8% off the combined price.

Standard delivery is 4–5 weeks from proof approval. Economy delivery is 8–10 weeks and costs less. You get a digital proof within one business day, with unlimited revisions, before anything prints. If your event is sooner, contact us and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.

▸How much do trade show badges cost?
$1.43 each for 250 double-sided 3×4 in PVC badges with pre-printed names, or $0.99 each for 1,000. That is in Canadian dollars with shipping included. Standard delivery adds a flat $10.00 per item and economy delivery has no fee. Taxes are extra. The configurator on this page shows the price for your exact quantity.

▸Which badge size should I choose for a trade show?
Both sizes work. 3×4 in (75 × 104 mm) is compact. 4×6 in (100 × 150 mm) leaves more room for a company name, a QR code and sponsor logos.
▸Do the badges work with any lanyard?
Yes. Every badge is slot punched, centred 6 mm from the top edge, so it fits any lanyard hook or clip.
▸Can you also supply booth draping and LED screens?
Yes. We rent pipe-and-drape and LED video walls by the day or hour and quote within one business day.
