Artwork requirements
We accept files from the tools designers already use. Keep 3 mm of bleed and important text 4 mm inside the trim. Full specs on the artwork page.
Names printed for you
Add the pre-printed names option and upload an Excel or CSV file with one row per attendee: name, title and company. Leave a column blank if you do not want it printed. We print exactly what you send and do not correct spelling, so check the list before you send it. Order a few extra badges for walk-ins and late registrations. Extras print blank.
Two sizes, one or two sides
3×4 in (75 × 104 mm) is the compact size. 4×6 in (100 × 150 mm) leaves more room for a large name, a QR code and sponsor logos. Print double sided to put the agenda, Wi-Fi details or a floor plan on the back.

Add matching lanyards

▸How much do conference name badges cost?
$1.43 each for 250 double-sided 3×4 in PVC badges with pre-printed names, or $0.99 each for 1,000. That is in Canadian dollars with shipping included. Standard delivery adds a flat $10.00 per item and economy delivery has no fee. Taxes are extra. The configurator on this page shows the price for your exact quantity.
▸How do I send the attendee names?

50 badges. Prices drop at 100, 250, 500, 1,000 and 2,500.
▸Can each badge have a QR code?
A QR code can be part of your design, alongside your logo and each person's pre-printed name, title and company. If you need a different code on every badge, tell us in the quote notes and we will confirm it with your proof.
