Artwork guidelines
Send us print-ready files and your proof comes back faster. If you only have a logo, send that and we will lay out the badge for you at no charge.
Accepted formats
- PDF (preferred: vector, fonts outlined)
- Adobe Illustrator .ai or .eps
- InDesign exported as PDF
- PNG or JPG at 300 dpi at final size
- Photoshop .psd with layers
Sizes and bleed
Badge 3×4 in: trim 75 × 104 mm, 3 mm bleed each side, keep text 4 mm inside the trim. Slot punch centred 6 mm from the top edge.
Badge 4×6 in: trim 100 × 150 mm, 3 mm bleed each side, keep text 4 mm inside the trim. Slot punch centred 6 mm from the top edge.
Lanyard: print area 15 × 900 mm laid flat. Repeat your logo every 60–80 mm. Keep elements 2 mm from the edges. Pantone or CMYK values welcome.
Colour
We print CMYK. Send Pantone references for brand colours and we match as closely as the process allows. Your proof shows the final colours.
Pre-printed names
One row per attendee with columns for name, title and company. Leave a column blank if you do not want it printed. We do not correct spelling, so check the list before you send it.
